Founded in 2007 by Detroit native, Rami Fakhoury, BAX Realty purchased their first Mobile Home Community in 2008 and has purchased numerous other communities since then. Our portfolio includes RV Parks, Mobile Home Communities, and Investment Properties across multiple states such as Michigan, Maine, and Florida.
Rami is passionate about providing affordable housing, with quality budget priced new and pre-owned homes, to American working families and feels that this is a unique calling.
