Founded in 2007, BAX Realty purchased their first Mobile Home Community in 2008 and has purchased numerous other communities since then. Our portfolio includes RV Parks, Mobile Home Communities, and Investment Properties across multiple states such as Michigan, Maine, and Florida. We seek to constantly grow our list of properties to provide affordable housing to working families.
About the Founder
A Detroit native, Rami earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wayne State University. In addition to practicing law full time, Rami founded BAX Realty, LLC in 2007 and purchased his first Mobile Home Community in 2008. Through the years, Rami has purchased several more communities, RV parks, and investment properties in Michigan, Maine and Florida.
Rami looks forward to expanding his portfolio into several other states. He also owns, controls, and manages commercial office buildings and other commercial real estate. Rami is passionate about providing affordable housing, with quality budget priced new and pre-owned homes, to American working families and feels that this is a unique calling.
